SignalCopy products are designated to replicate signals from one Metatrader account to other many accounts.

Currently are available 3 products:

- SignalCopyLocal that replicate trades from a master account when Slaves are installed in same PC or in same LAN as Master.

- SignalCopyFTP that will send trades via a FTP server using an encrypted file (AES 64-bit). Slaves will read that file no matter where are located on Earth.

 - SignalCopyMySQL : will send trades via a MySQL encrypted database (AES 128-bit). Slaves will read trades from database no matter where are located on Earth.

There are several ways to license a product.

Since 15 Jun 2010 online license is available for copy tools.

This mean license parameter (not licensing method) can be changed on request.

As for now, this is free, but in the future a small fee may apply.

Trial copies are provided only on request, by mail, to registered users only.

Any registered user may request a trial once for each product.

Only limitation of a trial copy is it work only on demo accounts.

Note: If you receive a trial with expiration time under 30 days, you may ask for a extension for missing days if testing time was not enough for you.

Not by using lock method by user name, because on demo accounts anyone can register accounts with any name they want.

To use on demo accounts products can be locked to account number, or, for FTP and MySQL version, to domain name. Domain name must be top domain, not some subdomain

Trial products  work only on demo accounts.

There are 2 ways to get discounts:

- By Affiliates program you earn 15% from any purchase made by your referrals.

- If you already purchased a copy tool you will have 20% discount on any purchase or other copy tool

ChartRefresh and OrdersByLines do not apply for discount system.

As for 01.01.2011:

All transactions are final.

Only situation when you can ask for a refund is when your order was not yet shipped. Once shipped, transaction is final.

There is no limit in number of Slaves a Master can have.

Only limits are imposed by limitations of servers used or,in case of Local version, by limitations of PC used.

Usually a MySQL server support many more clients than a FTP server on same hardware.

Absolutely, there is no difference between trades placed manually and trades placed by an EA. All trades will be send to slaves.

In absolute therms, transfer speed is about 0.5 seconds or less.(Effective time to transfer data from master to server and from server to slaves).

Please note: main cause of delays is Metatrader platform itself. Since any EA or indicator run on each tick, speed is affected by interval between ticks.

You have to choose a broker with good data feed and use a volatile pair to ensure a greater number of ticks.

Is no use if transfer of data is under 0.5 seconds and ticks come at 4-5 seconds interval.

Other issues that cause delays:

faulty hardware, slow internet connection, overloaded servers, antiviruses and firewalls that spend much time analyzing data.

We have no control on your hardware, internet connection or servers used.

Is not recommended to use any SignalCopy tools for replicating scalper's trades.

For a mid or long therm strategy 1-2 pips difference won't mean too much,  but for a scalper 1-2 pips could mean difference between profit or loss.

BUY orders will be executed as SELL
SELL orders will be executed as BUY
SELL Stop orders will be executed as BUY Limit
SELL Limit orders will be executed as BUY Stop
BUY Stop orders will be executed as SELL Limit

Stop loss and take profit will be swapped.

Yes, MySQL version have this ability and slaves control can be easily done by using Control Panel.

For FTP version this can be done creating a user with that account number and assign a password.

By using account number as FTP login you can be sure no Slave user will share his FTP login with other people.

Yes, you need to contact us explaining what do you want to customize.

Depending on complexity of required coding we will communicate a price.

If you agree with specified price your custom build will be coded.

Note: Custom builds are not eligible for upgrades because on each new version whole custom code must be re implemented, so you have to pay again that price of of customization on each upgrade.

No, this is not possible, without exception, you receive compiled files (ex4), never source code (mq4).
