If you encounter problems whit installation or use of  copy tools:

- Make sure you have followed instructions provided in user manual and on FAQ section

- Always check Experts tab for errors and include them in your support request

- If possible include a screenshot of error you got.

- Describe exactly what you did and what are you trying to do. Statements like "Doesn't work" are useless and annoying. Provide detailed  information about your problem or you won't get support.

Problem:
Expert do nothing and it have a sad face near it's name on chart.
 
Solution:
Open expert properties (F7) go to Common tab and make sure only following checkboxes are marked:
- Enable alerts
- Allow live trading
- Allow DLL imports
- Allow import of external experts

 
Problem:
cannot load library 'xxxx.dll' (error 126)
 
Solution:
You need to install
